Kenapa Selalu Jogging Dhi?
One of the question that I often received from my friends is kenapa selalu jogging Dhi?, I just smile to them and answer "I memang kena jogging". Actually, there are some significant reasons kenapa saya jogging selalu. First reasons,of course untuk kesihatan diri. I have to sustain and perhaps increase my stamina more. I can say that I play futsal for every week, so of course high stamina is crucial for me. Also, kena maintain berat badan ni :P, well we getting older day by day rite, so if tak bersenam then semakin bertambah la kilogram yang sememangnya ada didiri ini. Do you know that a half of hour jogging is equal to two hours of other aerobic exercises? that is good point to conclude that jogging memang effective for our health. We use almost all of our muscles while jogging. Second reasons, untuk mencari ketenangan diri, well maybe some people have different ways untuk mencari ketenangan diri, but I figure out that jogging also effective for me. Segala stress that I have to confront in daily life can reduce dengan ber jogging. Also, not just mencari ketenangan diri, jogging also can give me ideas or ilham untuk design my artwork. Setiap langkah larian yang saya lalui masa jogging, dengan langkah itulah yang memberi saya banyak ilham. So, if sometimes i'm running out of ideas to design my artwork, so akan ku pasang kasut sukan ku dan berlari dengan rentak yang bermelodi :P. So that is the main reasons kenapa saya jogging selalu :)
